We’re NoBS
For a Reason
Radical Best Intent
At NoBS, we practice something we like to call “Radical Best Intent.” In a nutshell this means that we don’t pull any punches and that we address the problems we find without tiptoeing around them. In some cases this can come off as harsh or critical - this is not our intention. Our intention is honesty, transparency, and helping our customers solve their problems. If we don’t address our findings head on, resolving these issues is much more difficult. We named our company NoBS, and we intend to stand by that name.
Why Us?
With 10+ years of Datadog experience, we know what works. We’ve been on both sides of the consultant/customer relationship and we’re here to do things differently.
Observability isn’t an afterthought for us—it’s usually our only thought. You need to know when something goes wrong and affects your customers, and that should be considered from day one. No worries if it wasn’t - we’ll get you to where you need to be.
We’ve worked in large and small scale environments, and understand the specific challenges of both. Our hands-on experience has shown us what it’s like to go through rapid growth and wind up in a stable state at a massive scale, allowing us to help you avoid the pitfalls along the way.
We’ve found it crucial to have the person who scoped the work be the lead in delivery. Having built the customer relationship and gained deep understanding of the desired outcomes, they are the best person to own the project’s success.
Your organization is unique and has its own needs. Every solution we provide is bespoke—no one-size-fits-all solutions here. You get what’s best for your situation, not just what’s convenient for us to deliver.
Complex problems require thoughtful solutions. We go beyond just tech to consider people and practices as part of our solutions. Technology can solve a lot of problems, but our brains will solve the rest.
Projects can be a moving target and change as they go, with unexpected hurdles or unforeseen needs. Our output is a successful project, regardless of what the paperwork says. Things can change rapidly; so can we.
